Elevate 2026 is a 3 day leadership development programme for Christian leaders serving in residential ministries.
Delivered by Christian Residential Network in partnership with Merlin Consultancy and Reboot Your Leadership, Elevate brings together learning, reflection, and community to help you lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Elevate is for Christian leaders working in residential ministry who want to:

Applicants should have some leadership experience. Places are offered following an application and short (online) interview.
What will I learn?
Elevate 2026 is built around four core modules:
Leadership Foundations
Discover faith-driven leadership grounded in vision, values, and biblical servant leadership.
Organisation Performance
Learn how to align people, strategy, and resources to achieve sustainable results and manage change well.
Interpersonal Excellence
Strengthen communication, influence, and conflict-resolution skills while building healthy, Christ-centred relationships.
Personal Effectiveness
Develop practical tools for managing time and energy, building resilience, and sustaining long-term wellbeing.

On this two night residential, you’ll experience a rich mix of learning styles, including:

All within a supportive, Christ-centred learning environment.

Explore your leadership style before the course and turn insight into action afterwards.
